CO2solidaire : compensation et solidarite climatique

The project is primarily aimed at:

• 300,000 inhabitants of Ladakh, Zanskar, Kargil, Lahaul, Spiti in the states of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh,
• Local craftsmen (masons, joiners, carpenters and shopkeepers), members of partner NGOs,
• representatives of local communities and district collectorates.
